I always kinda liked the villains of a show, game or whater a little more than the heroes.

Anyway, I really could not find any original art of Ganon from the NES days at all. Nothing, really. And the sprite really isn't all that helpful, that's just a teal pig with a red bib with a skull printed on it. So I had to just go ahead and use the SNES model. The only good thing there is He looks almost the same in the SNES remake of the original LOZ as he did in LttP.

Oh ok. I never made it that far in that game. I need to add that to my "to beat" list. =P

It is a challenge. To really beat that game you have to go through the game twice beating him both times.

I love this! :deviation:

It's great that you drew Ganon in his old school appearance, I think people forget he used to look like that.

I also think that may be the cutest Ridley ever drawn btw.

Well Ganon has not appeared as a blue pig in a few years now.

And thanks Kraid and Ridley were my two favorites in this pic.

As someone who grew up on an NES and still believes it the best console ever, I really like stuff like this. Excellent cartoon-style visuals and attention to detail, such as making Kraid & Ridley look like their sprites.
