Natfoe

I guess I should post my drawings and stuff here again. I took majority of them down many years ago and now this place is mostly known for things I made. Keep wondering if I should try with the drawn stuff around here or make a new account for that.

It never occurs to me to make journals for this place. Even though I'm here just about every day. I never think about journals. I just saw mine a few minutes ago and noticed it was last updated in January.

I seriously need to post more. And definitely more drawings. Just keep posting random things I build. I do draw a lot but I never consider anything I make as decent enough to bother wasting space space by posting.

Even after all this time I still haven hammered down a "face" I like. As a character design face. I have drawn a lot of faces and characters but none of them seem like they are my style at all. Everything just looks like a style I took from someone else. And this is largely why I stay away from drawing anime/manga style. It just reminds me that I'm drawing someone else' creation in their own style. It's hard to explain but it just never really seems like it's mine.

Now people who's character designs I do love

Ever have too many things you want to do, but not enough time (or willpower) to actually do it?

Seriously I have like 8 or 9 pics I want to make all at once, can't finish the one I am working on plus about 6 or 7 props I want to finish. And maybe one or two I want to start on soon.

I still have some Sega stuff I haven't even inked, some Zelda stuff, a BoF pic for the club, some original characters, and then I realize everything I have posted are cartoons. Time to put some more comic/realistic type things up.

This might take a while.....

Seriously, I've been here for a few years and my page is still somewhat empty, of all things though. Deviations, views, friends, faves, and watchers. So obviously I'm not doing something right. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with how cheap and fast all my deviations look. Normally when doing them I start out careful, taking time and making them look decent, but when I get around to coloring I quickly and sloppilly (I think that's a word, wait, no it isn't) crank them out because I want it posted on my page fast! Like right now, just to get it on there.

So yea I might be seeing some of the "Doesn't quite look good enough to actually want to click on the thumbnail itself but I think it's not on notebook paper" crowd. But I still try,

I'm also trying the group thing again, think I gave that a shot a few years ago. As there are more than a few groups here that really into some of my interests too. Didn't really have any results at the time. As in I don't think any of those guys replied, still waitin' though. Anyway, I get the attention of a couple recent ones.
